Managing Change

Change is constant.  Yet people are naturally resistance to change.  Introducing widespread organizational change without knowledge of best practices or the ability to mitigate resistance is a risky and costly venture.  Organizations who perform  change well, however, have a significant competitive advantage.  

 Doug Thornton is a Prosci Certified Change Management Specialist.  Doug works collaboratively with senior managers, project managers, human resources staff and others to deliver cost-effective change initiatives.  He works on the "people side" of change, reinforcing new behaviours and re-engaging employees.
