Thornton is an exceptional workshop presenter. He conducted a two-day
workshop at Excelsior College in Albany, New York on "Building Trust in the Workplace." This
was a very prestigious group with highly developed leadership skills
who felt that they had already built trust among their direct reports.
It was obvious from the start that Mr. Thornton, through his interactive
approach, obtained not only everyone's attention, but also one hundred
percent participation for the entire day.
Doug's
material is up to date and of the calibre that meets the need of high
level Executives yet is still relevant for those at all levels of the
organization. He is engaging, and allows for as much interaction as his
audience needs while still keeping the group on task. It was clear
from the reaction of the group that they found Doug to be a very
